Our stay was marred by a broken air conditioner and unfriendly staff. Despite the issues, the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub provided a silver lining.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The onsite restaurant offered great room service and reasonable prices, perfect after a long day out exploring Omaha’s beautiful parks. Plus, having a pet-friendly place was a huge relief for our family with a dog.

My kids wished the elevators were more reliable. It would be great to have some extra activities for families with children, like game rooms or organized outings.

I loved the spacious room we stayed in, and the games room was a hit with my kids! The hotel pool was impressive too, one of the biggest I've seen!

The elevators here are a significant hassle, with multiple out of service and only tiny ones functioning, making travel between floors a real chore. Cleanliness is questionable. it set off some alarms with hair on the bedding and lingering odors that could only be described as feet and smoke. Plus, the security feels a bit off with outside doors propped open, and I couldn't get hot water for my shower, which is just frustrating. To top it off, there are signs of wear throughout—this place could definitely use a refresh and some serious maintenance.

the comfort inn has great recreational amenities like a spacious indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. the breakfast was consistently well-stocked, and the staff in the breakfast area were energetic and made sure everyone had what they needed. the location is close to several shopping and dining options, making it convenient.

my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful two-day trip to Omaha with a romantic king room featuring a fireplace and whirlpool bath, making it a perfect getaway for our anniversary. It’s just a short walk to Stinson Park and a few minutes drive from the cultural museum downtown.
